Team
Thirty-five people, one crew.
The Syndicate Built Ads team came together on 2 December 2020. Today it is thirty-five people on staff: creative strategy, media buying, analytics, acquisition and production — five functions inside one company, not a set of contractors around a manager.
Origin
How the team came together.
The company has been running since 2019. The crew in its current shape came together on 2 December 2020, and that is the date the team counts its age from.
It was founded by Leonid Rotar and Grigory Shevchenko. They built it around the same principle the work still runs on: paid traffic is bought against a measurable result, and budget moves behind a verified number rather than behind the feeling that a campaign is going well.
Since then the crew has grown to thirty-five. All of them are on staff — the people who will run your account are not hired for the project.
Founders
Who founded it.

Functions
What the thirty-five do.
Five functions, and one crew assembled from them for each account, with one owner and one metric that decides the month.
Creative strategy
Research, hypotheses, messaging architecture.
Performance and media buying
Account structure, bidding, budget rules.
Analytics
Tracking, attribution, cohorts, and the answer to whether a result is real.
Acquisition and growth
Connecting paid volume to activation, retention and revenue.
Creative production
Static, video, motion and UGC at a volume that holds up to testing.
There are nine working languages inside the team. That is why localisation stays part of the work instead of a translation pass at the end.
The whole team
Thirty-five, in one frame.
Practice
How the team holds together.
Once a week the whole crew reviews what worked and what failed across every account at once. A wrong answer is cheap here, a hidden one is not.
Someone new works on a live account alongside a mentor from the first month. That is how experience moves here — by taking part, not by reading a document.
We name and show the founders, and show the team as a whole. We publish no individual profiles beyond that. You meet the people who will run your account on the first call, not a pitch team.
Who joins.
We add people to own a number, not to work through a task list. Open roles and how hiring works are on the Careers page.
